In-Person Tutoring
If you’re based in or around Nottingham and want to make a difference in your local community, we’re looking for tutors to supporting students across the city’s schools and libraries.
Online Tutoring
From anywhere in the UK with a good internet connection, you can join our online tutoring program and help transform a young person’s educational journey at your desk at home.
Our Hiring Process
| Application | We have a quick online form where we collect a little bit of information from you, and ask for your CV. We aim to respond as soon as possible. |
| First Chat | We then have a 20-minute Teams meeting where we find out a little more about each other. This will be with one of our board members. |
| Main Interview | We’ll then have a main interview, in an MMI-style with a mix of competency adn secnario questions. We’ll let you know if you need to prepare anything. We’ll ask for your references before this stage. |
| Task | We might ask you to do a role-specific activity or some training. We’ll pay you for your time, and let you know if you need to prepare anything. |
| Offer | From this point, we’ll give you a quick decision and full feedback if you’re not successful, and a supporting onboarding experience. |
We’ll need your references before we’re able to give you an offer. Our roles don’t need any education experience as we offer training provided by the University of Nottingham.
